The story

From the Flower Dome
to the home kitchen.

Pollen was known as a garden dining room inside Singapore's Flower Dome, where modern European cooking met herbs, vegetables and the changing season.

01 · The restaurant

A table in a conservatory

The original restaurant sat among the temperate planting of Gardens by the Bay. Its menus changed over time, but public accounts return to the same ideas: a light Mediterranean sensibility, produce-led plates, afternoon tea and a close relationship with the setting.

02 · The archive

Keeping the useful paths alive

Historical menu, terrace, event, press, gallery and mobile URLs now lead to the closest living section of this site. They are preserved as a record of what visitors came looking for, without pretending that an expired commercial menu is still being served.

03 · The recipes

New work, not copied recipes

This is a new editorial collection. The recipes draw on the spirit of garden-led cooking and documented dish themes, then translate them into original, practical instructions for a home kitchen. They are not represented as the former restaurant's proprietary recipes.
